If your browser is configured to accept cookies, we may collect non-personally identifiable information passively using “cookies” and “web beacons”.
Do I have to accept cookies?
What are cookies, and why do you use them?
To learn more about cookies; how to control, disable or delete them, please visit https://www.aboutcookies.org. Some third-party advertising networks, like Google, allow you to opt out of or customize preferences associated with your internet browsing. For more information on how Google lets you customize these preferences, see their documentation. Many jurisdictions require or recommend that website operators inform users as to the nature of cookies they utilize and, in certain circumstances, obtain the consent of their users to the placement of certain cookies. If you are a Glide customer, it is your responsibility to inform the individuals with whom you interact using the Services as to the types of cookies utilized in the Services and, as necessary, to obtain their consent. If you require more specific information as to the nature of the cookies utilized in the Services for purposes of fulfilling these obligations, please contact us by email at Privacy@InsuredCreativity.com.
What's a Web beacon?
We may also employ web beacons to help us better manage content in the Services by informing us what content is effective. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of internet users. Unlike cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on websites. We use web beacons for statistical tracking purposes only, and these are set up so that they do not collect or identify any personally identifiable information.
What are log files?
As is true with most websites, Glide gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses as well as browser, internet Services provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do this for the purposes of maintaining the integrity of the system, system security, and compliance. Occasionally, we may connect personal information to information gathered in our log files, as necessary to provide or improve the Services (such as individual customer service requests). We take steps to anonymize this data. Otherwise, we generally use this information as we would any usage data, to analyze trends, administer and maintain the Services, or track usage of various features within the Services. Glide Platform Services are owned and operated by Insured Creativity Inc.
